Hard light, take the wings of the winter
Today was definitely a good day. I got into UNC! I was so anxious to hear from them and now the majority of my anxiety is gone. I still have two more schools that I’m waiting to hear from, one that I don’t care about and the other is still a pretty big deal. But getting into UNC was definitely the highlight of the day :) I’m pretty damn happy.

CSS/PROFILE
The CSS/PROFILE is a bitch to fill out. It asks so many questions. Questions like:
-Enter your parents’ 2008 adjusted gross income from their 2008 IRS Form 1040, line 37.
-Estimate the amount of tax-exempt interest income your parents recieved or will recieve in 2009 using their 2008 IRS Form 1040, line 8b and 2009 financial documents.

Two Down, Three To Go
I got into Wake Forest University! I’m super excited about this, actually I was more excited than I expected to be. It was a wonderful feeling reaching into the PO box and pulling out a 8x11 envelope. Wake Forest is an excellent school and I’m honored that I was accepted. I’m not any closer to making a decision as to where I’ll be next year though. I’m still waiting...

First full week back at school. Great. I’m so over it, really. The only thing I’m not over is a select choice of friends. If I could take them with me everywhere, that’d be great. Other than that, I’m ready to graduate. It’s time for a new chapter, and luckily that new chapter involves living at the beach.
